Customer Reviews
Consistent quality, keep coming back
This was my third time ordering from Taodcr. I got a superhero bobblehead this time, and it was just as good as the last two, which were for a graduation and an anniversary. The process was smooth again; uploaded photos, got a proof, made a small tweak, and it shipped fast. They're reliable, always deliver on time, and the quality hasn't dropped. It's why I keep using them instead of trying other places. They do a solid job every time.
Quick service, good bobblehead
Ordered a doctor bobblehead. Sent photos, approved the proof quickly. Free expedited shipping got it here in about 10 days total. The bobblehead looks just like the person. It was a good gift. No complaints.
Really happy with my custom bobblehead
I ordered a custom bobblehead from a photo for my husband's birthday. The ordering process on the Taodcr website was straightforward; I uploaded a couple of good pictures and added a note about an outfit detail. They sent a proof within 7 days, which was nice to review. I asked for a minor adjustment to the hair color, and they updated it quickly. The final product shipped with free expedited shipping and arrived in about 14 days total from order to delivery, which was faster than I expected for a custom item. It was well-packaged, no damage at all. The quality of the sculpting is impressive; it really does look like the person. He got a kick out of it. Customer support was responsive on the hair color change. Overall, a good experience for a personalized gift.
Good product, minor shipping snag
I ordered a custom figurine as a gift. The website was easy enough to navigate, and uploading photos for the personalized clay sculpture went fine. The proofing process was good; I approved the design after one small change. The final product looks great, very detailed, and the materials feel sturdy. However, the free standard shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated. It took about 3 weeks to reach Denver after it shipped, which felt a little slow, though it was within their stated timeframe. I guess I was just hoping for it sooner. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the shipping status. Value for money is good considering it's a handcrafted item.

Hey guys, anyone ordered from Taodcr before? Wondering about the quality of their bobbleheads, like are they actually handcrafted or just factory stuff? Also, how long did it take to get to you in, say, California?
Thinking of getting a custom bobblehead for my dad for Father's Day. Does Taodcr usually have sales around then? Or should I just jump on whatever discount they have now?
